Asia Breeze is a Licensed Housing Agency. It was founded in 1998 by our current Director, Colin Mow. Currently, there are 8 associates that Asia Breeze has selected to be part of the team. The 8 were selected based on 4 very fundamental criteria:

Trustworthy.

These 4 criteria essentially support the mission that Asia Breeze has set forth: to support our client's interest and achieve their objectives.

Asia Breeze embraces technology in our effort to offer convenience and efficiency. Asia Breeze is the first in Singapore to offer single-plane panorama property presentations. And in 2000, we were the first to offer spherical panoramas in Singapore. We took it a step further by providing the clearest and sharpest pictures (which right up until today, we are happy to report that we have no competition!) Asia Breeze has since made the next leap and employed the use of videos in our property presentations. If you have had the chance to view some of our presentations prior to reading this page, you would have seen a few samples.

Now, for a brief introduction to our Directors:

Colin Mow (Director)
His background is in Finance (with a Business degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco.) He developed his realtor experience working with expatriates and meeting their relocation needs. Understanding their objectives, he decided to venture out and thus began Asia Breeze Pte Ltd. Colin Mow is very active in the development of the technological aspects of Asia Breeze. In fact, often times, he'll probably snap the photos and shoot the videos himself thus ensuring the high standards he has set.

Janice Chan (Managing Director)
With her Communication degree from Simon Fraser University, Janice has been integral in building a very strong relationship with our corporate clientele. Moreover, she ensures that the team is well supported in their marketing efforts.

Asia Breeze was successfully built from the ground up in the short span of 8 years. We are happy to report that all our past clients have returned to us for further advice & support. We look forward to working with all past & future clients again. Thank you.
